Only consumers have a right of withdrawal. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed as a business, club or association.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Daniel Woller, Stöckachstr. 60, 97249 Eisingen, Germany, Phone: +49 176 52573679, E-Mail: studio@padelcademy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at studio.padelcademy.com/en/widerruf/#online using the “Withdraw from contract” button. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, stating the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Note on the expiry of the right of withdrawal for videos and posts
Videos and posts are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performance – i.e. made the files available for download – after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356(5) BGB).
Note on the match card subscription
The match card subscription is a digital service. The right of withdrawal lasts 14 days from conclusion of the contract. If you withdraw after requesting that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you owe a pro-rata amount for the time from activation until withdrawal (monthly amount paid × days used ÷ days of the month). Nothing is due before activation because billing only starts on activation.
