Terms and conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · English translation for convenience.

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all contracts for Padelcademy Studio between Daniel Woller, Stöckachstr. 60, 97249 Eisingen, Germany, Phone: +49 176 52573679, E-Mail: studio@padelcademy.com (“we”) and our customers (“you”). We sell to consumers and businesses with a billing address in Germany or another EU member state. Only persons aged 18 or over may order. Deviating terms of businesses do not apply.

2. Services

The content and scope of the services follow from the service description as valid at the time of ordering and from your order summary. Custom requests only form part of the contract if we have offered them in writing (including email).

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking “Order and pay” you make a binding offer; before that you see all details in the order summary and can change them at any time. You are then redirected to the payment provider Stripe. The contract is concluded as soon as payment via Stripe has been completed successfully or – for the match card subscription – the payment method has been added successfully. We confirm the contract by email without delay. Contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text; the order confirmation contains your order details and these terms.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. The prices at the time of ordering apply; the introductory prices apply to orders placed up to and including 31 December 2026 (German time); orders from 1 January 2027 are subject to the prices then shown on the website. As a small business under § 19 UStG we neither charge nor show VAT. Videos and posts are paid when ordering. The match card subscription is charged monthly in advance from activation to the payment method on file. The monthly price agreed when the contract is concluded applies for the entire duration of the uninterrupted subscription; there are no price increases during a running subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment methods enabled there (videos and posts: credit or debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay; match card subscription: credit or debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay). You receive an invoice by email.

5. Your cooperation

You provide the details needed for the design completely and correctly. For uploaded logos and texts you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that they do not infringe third-party rights; you indemnify us against third-party claims to the extent you are responsible for the infringement. We are not obliged to use content that is obviously unlawful.

6. Delivery, corrections and acceptance

Delivery times, validity of download links, storage and the correction round follow the service description. The delivery period starts once payment has been received and all required details are available. Where acceptance is legally required, you declare it expressly; silence does not count as acceptance. In case of defects the statutory rights apply; defects are remedied free of charge.

7. Usage rights

Upon full payment you receive the usage rights set out in the service description (section 6). All other rights remain with us.

8. Match card subscription: term and cancellation

The subscription runs for an indefinite period in one-month periods from activation. Either party may cancel at any time to the end of the current paid month, you also via the button “Cancel contracts here”. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. If a payment fails we inform you and may suspend the page after a reasonable period until payment. You are not responsible for players infringing third-party rights via your page, but you inform us if you become aware of misuse.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the withdrawal information.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely) liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is our registered place of business.
