Service description

1. Short videos

  • One video is an ordered combination of a catalogue situation, video type (quiz or explainer, depending on the situation), view (3D or top view) and language (English, German, French or Spanish). Each further view or language of the same situation is another video.
  • Portrait 9:16 (1080 × 1920 pixels), about 20 to 60 seconds depending on the situation. Synthetic voice-over and on-screen text; the video is clear even without sound.
  • Delivered per video: MP4 file (H.264/AAC), its own thumbnail (PNG), subtitle file (SRT) and description text. The description contains a short note on the AI assistance and the sentence “Made with Padelcademy Studio.”; the video itself contains no reference to Padelcademy Studio.
  • Prices: single video €12.50, 4 short videos €39.50, 8 short videos €74.50. The cheapest split is calculated automatically. There are no discount codes.
  • Tactics videos: a tactics video explains a connected sequence of play from the catalogue (starting situation, your own action, the opponents' reaction, the next decision, key takeaway or when to abort). Portrait 9:16, about 35 to 75 seconds, 3D or top view, in English or German. Deliverables as for short videos. Price per tactics video €24.50; tactics videos do not count towards the short-video packages.

2. Rules video

  • The rules of padel for beginners in chapters, with 3D and top view, about two to three minutes depending on language. Basic rules, special cases and other formats are explained separately, based on the FIP rules current at the time of delivery.
  • Portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9; price per language and format €12.50. Deliverables as for short videos.

3. Static post

Optionally, per video, a matching static image in 4:5 (1080 × 1350 pixels) with your branding, €2.50. A thumbnail is included with every video anyway.

4. Design

  • All videos in one order share the same look and end card: your logo or, without a logo, your name as a wordmark; custom colours for court, teams and background or the neutral standard design; optional end card text (max. 100 characters) and a website or social media handle.
  • Where custom colours would impair readability or the distinction between teams, we adjust them as little as possible and mention it in the delivery note.

5. Delivery, storage, corrections

  • Delivery by email with a download link within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bavaria) once payment has been received and all required details are complete. If details are missing we ask by email; the period then starts when they arrive.
  • Download links are valid for 30 days. We send a new link on request as long as we keep the files.
  • We keep production files and logos for 12 months after delivery and delete them afterwards. Branding needed for an active match card subscription is kept for its term.
  • One bundled round of corrections per order is included: design, text and pronunciation requests collected within 14 days of delivery; implemented within 3 working days. Defects are remedied free of charge in accordance with the statutory provisions; your statutory rights remain unaffected. Silence does not count as acceptance.
  • A later change of situation, language or view is a new video at the then current single-video price.

6. Usage rights

  • You receive a non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and territory, to use the delivered videos, thumbnails, subtitles and posts for your own channels: social media, website, screens at your venue, newsletters and your own ads. Service providers managing your channels or ads on your behalf may use the files for that purpose.
  • Shortening, adding your own subtitles and embedding are allowed. Not allowed: reselling, passing on or licensing to third parties for their own use (in particular other clubs or venues), presenting the voice-over as your own recording, and using the voice outside the videos.
  • The voice-over is synthetic and generated with ElevenLabs under a paid plan that includes commercial usage rights.
  • References: we only show your videos or name as a reference if you have voluntarily agreed. You can revoke this at any time by email.

7. Match card subscription

  • A permanent page studio.padelcademy.com/matchcard/<your-address> with your name, logo, background and accent colour, optional invitation text (max. 160 characters) and an optional button to your website or court booking (link only). Plus a permanent link and a static QR code as PNG and SVG with no built-in expiry. You share link and QR code yourself.
  • Players create match cards (1080 × 1920 pixels) without signing up and without an email address: own photo, result, sets, date, time, duration and optional fitness values entered by the player (calories, avg. and max. heart rate, distance, steps; no automatic tracking); move and zoom the photo (portrait crop); text colour from a palette or freely chosen, background box behind the details on or off, move, scale and rotate the details through 360°, also with touch gestures; download as PNG and, where the browser supports it, share. In addition, a short reel (video 1080 × 1920 pixels, about 6 seconds, no sound) can be created from the card. As an alternative to a photo, players can choose their own video; the result is a video with the details on top (portrait crop, at most 15 seconds from a chosen start point, sound optional). Videos are MP4 or WebM depending on the browser, where the browser supports video recording. Image, reel and video are created on the player’s device; photos and videos are not uploaded. Your logo and name appear on every card.
  • Photos and cards are processed only on the player’s device. We neither transfer nor store player photos, cards or a card history.
  • Unlimited card creation, no quotas, no usage billing. Setup is included. We make later branding changes on request, without a fixed change quota.
  • Price €24.50 per brand and month. When ordering you add a payment method; the first paid month only starts when your page goes live, at the latest 5 working days after complete details. If the required details are still missing 30 days after our request, the order ends; nothing is charged and the address is released. After that billing is monthly in advance. Your price stays the same as long as the subscription runs without interruption; a new subscription after termination is at the then current price.
  • Cancel at any time to the end of the paid month via the customer portal, the page “Cancel contracts here” or by email. After termination your address stays reserved; the page shows a notice instead of the editor.
  • Advertising: Google ads are planned on paying customers’ match card pages. They are a fixed part of the subscription; we currently do not offer an ad-free subscription. Ads appear only on match card pages, away from input fields and download buttons; exported cards and the rest of the Studio website stay ad-free. The editor runs technically separate from the ads; photos and card data are not passed to advertisers. We exclude ads by direct competitors (other clubs and venues) as far as Google’s settings technically allow; this is not a guarantee. Ad revenue is ours. Ads are not active yet; the subscription does not depend on approval by Google. Before ads start we will update the privacy policy and obtain the necessary visitor consent.

8. AI notice

Our videos are produced partly with AI assistance and editorially reviewed before delivery. The voice-over is synthetic. The match card editor only combines the details and photos players enter themselves; it does not use AI.
